Policies    Here at Shabby Cottage Studio I try to keep things as simple as possible.   PAYMENTS ACCEPTED We use a secure server to process your credit card information and of course PayPal payments are processed through their own secure server. Please be aware Echecks and bank transfers through PayPal usually take 3-4 days to clear and we cannot ship an item until payment is processed. Thank you.   Terms of Use: Again, I try to keep it simple. My original artwork is mine and I can do what I want with it. You may not. As an artist who really just wants to spend time creating, I could not do some of that creating without some terrific designers who use their skills to offer a commercial license or an angel policy. I try to return the favor. But I am limited also by the policies I have to follow in my offerings when I have purchased a license from a designer. So, the images I offer in my collage sheets are for you to use in personal artwork, or for artwork you create and sell. They can not be used to resell as a collage sheet or compiled on a CD in any manner. For now, unless someone changes my mind, that's it. Have fun.   Returns: Shabby Cottage Studio carries only products I believe in and would happily use myself. Customer Service is more to me than just a term. I know how I feel when I contact a business and feel as though they have not listened to what I have to say. At Shabby Cottage Studio, Customer Service means I listen and communicate with customers. I strive hard to be friendly and fair, and to give you the best possible pictures and descriptions. So returns are considered case by case. But if you receive an item from Shabby Cottage Studio and for whatever reason you are unhappy with the item, please email me through the store Contact Us link. If it has been decided you need to return the item please follow the guidelines below: Because of their nature, Collage Sheets and digital items are not returnable. Original artwork is only returnable if you received it damaged and you must keep the original packaging it arrived in. * Shabby Cottage Studio must be contacted within three days of your receipt of the item you wish to return. After 3 days items are rendered non-returnable. * All returns must be authorized. Just send an email through the store, Contact Us, page. Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back to you at your shipping cost. * Returned items must be returned in their original condition and simply put that means unused and undamaged. * Refunds can not be given for shipping costs.
